Who we are
This site (paulinevisser.com) is run by Pauline Visser. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact hello@paulinevisser.com.
What this policy covers
This site does not currently collect any personal data. There is no live email signup, no analytics, and no e-commerce on the site at this time. This policy exists to be ready and transparent ahead of features being switched on, and will be updated the moment any of the below becomes active.
Data we intend to collect (not yet active)
Email newsletter signup. When enabled, this site will let visitors submit their email address to receive updates about new colouring books and releases. This will be processed by Resend, a third-party email service, using their Ireland (eu-west-1) EU data region. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf under their Data Processing Agreement. Resend is used via Earthstream Live's account on this domain's behalf.
- What's collected: email address, and signup date/time.
- Why: to send occasional updates about new releases. No other use.
- Legal basis: your consent, given at the point of signup.
- You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting hello@paulinevisser.com.
- Retention: your email is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
This section will be finalised with the actual provider name, their data location, and a link to their own privacy policy before the signup form is switched on.
Cookies and hosting
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Cloudflare for DNS and content delivery. Both may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal web hosting operation, not for tracking or advertising purposes. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribing from emails)
- Complain to your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled
To exercise any of these, contact hello@paulinevisser.com.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change too. Material changes (such as switching on the email signup) will be reflected here before that feature goes live.
